My car broke down while I was in town for a funeral. I called about 15 minutes before they closed panicked because in several states away from home. They let me tow it in and looked at it ASAP the next morning and got back to me.they had to rush to get me back on the road and I am so appreciative of their hardworking and help! The staff where all incredibly jice aswell. Deffinetly recommend!

Don’t use Motley auto in Azle, they are crooks! I took my truck to them last year for a issue, they diagnosed it and “fixed” it, I paid them $1200 for a control module he diagnosed and said the issue was then I picked it up and barely made it out of the driveway, I got right past Russell’s and it was doing the same exact thing it was doing when I brought it to them. I called them and they came and looked at it not knowing what it was and had it towed back to the shop and then all of a sudden they said it was the transmission and they wanted $10,000 to fix it. I just had given him $1200 I had so we had said we’d have to see what we could do. He also had told us the truck wasn’t hurting anything sitting there. I will say we are guilting for leaving it there as long as we have (over a year) but we haven’t had the money to fix it and when we did try to go have a tow truck pick it up he states we owe him money which is never specified for what. He’s told me different parts on different occasions, he’s told my husband storage, it’s always something different and not specified. There’s no itemized bill! We never agreed for any work to be done after I had paid him the $1200 for the wrong diagnostic the first time! It was clear they never test drove the truck after they “fixed” it. They have been blocking my truck in the yard so I can’t get it. Now yest I got a letter In the mail dated Jan 22 (we just received it because mail got forwarded to our new address) stating we have 30 day to pay him $628.16 plus $250 to pay cash for parts and labor (I don’t know what it’s not specified) so we called there and now they are telling me I have to pay that plus $6000 in storage fees and they won’t give me my truck! They said they are getting a lien on the title. We are contacting a lawyer! I had not received any phone calls from him or any bills for storage or parts until this letter about a lien. And it states nothing about $6000 in storage fees! Also we went there yesterday to talk to him and he was trying to tell us the issues were different. It was the same exact thing when i brought it to him from when i paid him and picked it up and made it just past russells. When i asked specifically what the charges are i didnt get an answer. We recorded the conversation, he just kept saying hes not gonna argue with me. So i guess they just make stuff up as we go along and now all of a sudden be ause he decided its $6000 storage with no communication or bills. They will rip you off!

Replaced shocks on all 4 corners of our Ford Expedition. Reasonable price and done on schedule. We'll done. Very friendly staff.

Took my car there to fix the ac because the shutter doors were broken, we put in the description that one side was blowing cold air and one side was blowing hot air, the owner himself worked on it and then gave it back to us the next day and nothing had been fixed because all he did was recharge the ac and put Freon in it even though that was not the problem. So he never looked at the description and gave it back to us without checking if it was fixed or not and charged us almost 400$ for it. He said he would fix the ac for free but then charged us another 300$. And come to find out he only fixed the shutter doors on one side of the car and left the other side completely untouched. The owner is a lying, lazy, and greedy person who will fix it up just enough to make it seem like everything is working good. We’ve already had a bad experience with them but this is the biggest problem we’ve had. Don’t go here for anything.

I took a 2000 Chevy Silverado in because the rear end is making a noise they gave me an estimate to fix it they replaced the part they said was the problem it did not help it made it worse my well don't charge me double what they quoted and I still have the same noise only worse I would not use them again
