View on GoogleTook my daughter's car in for an oil change. This was the first experience my daughter was going to have getting her oil chaged. When I got the car back the floor mats were missing. They look for all of 60 sec and said I dont know then proceeded to act like I dont know whats in my own car. They offered zero solutions just to bad I dont know what to tell you. Horrible customer service and disrespectful crew. Will never go back again.
View on GoogleI'm giving 3 stars for the fast service and the employees were nice. What I didn't like was the price. I was originally told the price for an oil change would be $99 for the "house" synthetic oil. However, once they found out I had not been there before the price jumped to $115. Thought it was odd to be charged for never being there before? I paid $100 more than I would have at the dealership. I only went here because I needed an inspection and oil change prior to the end of the month and couldn't get in to the dealership in time. Service wasn't bad, just extremely overpriced.
