As a ministry, we strive to work with businesses that demonstrate professionalism and integrity. Unfortunately, our experience with this mechanic shop was disappointing. There was a misdiagnosis that resulted in additional damage to our van. While mistakes can happen, we were taken aback by the lack of accountability and the rude behavior from some of the staff. We hope they will improve their customer service and take greater care in their work in the future.

As a ministry, we prioritize working with businesses that uphold professionalism and integrity. Our recent experience with this mechanic shop fell short of these standards. There was a misdiagnosis that led to further issues with our van, and we encountered some unprofessional behavior from a few staff members. While we acknowledge that mistakes can occur, the lack of accountability was disappointing. Regrettably, we will not be doing business with them again, but we hope they take this feedback to improve their services for future customers.

I don’t normally do reviews but this shop WON my RESPECT! They actually answer their phones. They listen to your concern, and check the problem. My jeep had an oil leak and was able to change the gasket the same morning I brought it in. I didn’t even have an appointment, just called and showed up. They are even affordable, and don’t overcharge like other shops I’ve been too. They have great customer service. All the gentleman in the shop were friendly, honest and very respectful. Found MY mechanic shop for any vehicle problems and will be recommending them to anyone.

I had a terrible experience at this mechanic shop. They misdiagnosed our van, which led to further damage while it was in their care. To make matters worse, many of the mechanics were extremely rude and unkind. They never took responsibility for any of the damage they caused while supposedly repairing our vehicle. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

The head mechanic and owner has been a good family friend for over 20 years. He is my go to guy for anything mechanical. He most recently helped us out after our engines died. He is a great Christian man that can be trusted. We have taken numerous vehicles over the time we’ve known him and he has never let us down. This shop is who I suggest whenever anyone needs a recommendation. He is fair on his prices and won’t get too involved in an issue before calling to discuss options and prices. If you go there and meet Mando, he shouldn’t let you down. Wether it’s simple and small or a large overhaul he can get it done. He has a select group of individuals that he works with for larger jobs that work close with his business.
