I highly recommend Kingway Automotive in Aledo, TX. While traveling home to Arkansas, I noticed a loud popping noise in my truck and quickly realized something was seriously wrong with the steering and suspension. I called Kingway in a panic, and Miguel immediately put me at ease, helped direct me to the shop, and worked me into their schedule despite it being an unexpected emergency. Juan the technician was knowledgeable, communicative, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The team worked diligently to coordinate parts and repairs, getting me safely back on the road far faster than I expected. The quality of work and customer service were both exceptional. Honest, professional, and efficient; exactly the kind of automotive shop you hope to find when you need help the most.

I had a great experience with Kingway Auto of Aledo. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and clearly explained everything they were doing to my vehicle. After completing a diagnostic test, they provided me with a list of faults they found, but there was absolutely no pressure to purchase additional services or repairs. They simply gave me the information so I could make my own decisions. The work they performed was excellent, and my vehicle is running great again. Miguel was the young man that at the front desk and answered any questions when i first called.was very nice and very helpful he answered all my questions to where i could understand what he was talking about, very much appropriated. Miguel was very knowledge. Austin the young that took his time and did everything that I asked of Kingway, he was very nice and made me I made the right decision and i also feel that this the place I will take both my cars from now on if I need anything done to them. I can say enough nice things about the kingway in Aledo Texas.

Had a cooling issue and was told from a previous provider that it was the radiator. OEM only. Discussed issue with Kingway who had aftermarket options. In the end, it was related to hoses only (still a lengthy job on an x3 but much less than a full radiator that wasn’t necessary). Really appreciate their honesty here and highly recommend.

These guys a great, my trailblazer gave them so much trouble but they didn’t give up. Big shout out to Miguel he was so patient with me and answered all my questions. These guys went above and beyond to help me.
