I was honestly nervous about taking my truck to this company, but I’m really glad I did. I prayed over the situation, and it turned out to be a great experience with quality work. Alex was extremely nice, helpful, and professional throughout the process. The gentleman at the counter (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) was also very kind, respectful, and welcoming. These guys are the REAL DEAL. They genuinely care about your vehicle and understand that we are all on a budget. They completely diagnosed areas that need attention and gave me a repair plan so that I could do it in stages. They went above and beyond and I am certain they did more than what was on my bill. I’ve always taken my car to Mercedes, but after my prepaid maintenance package expired, I decided to give AutoHans a call. Alex scheduled my service for the very next morning, which was incredibly convenient. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly and professional. I was there for less than 15 minutes. I handed over my keys and insurance, and waited briefly while Alex brought around a loaner car. Soon after, I received a text update confirming the car was in great condition, needed Service A (which I expected), and recommending a new battery due to a leak (which I wasn’t aware of). After having been so let down by the quality of service at Mercedes of Plano, I gave Autohans a try for my oil change and maintenance.
