We had an excellent experience with Bennett’s Automotive. For over a year and a half, we couldn’t figure out why my husband’s Ford F-150 brake lights and blinkers weren’t working. They took the truck in and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. It turned out to be moisture in one of the tail lights, and they had it fixed within a day. The pricing was very reasonable, and they were incredibly friendly and informative throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and even provided a great warranty on their work, which gave us extra peace of mind. It’s hard to find honest and reliable mechanics, but Bennett’s truly exceeded our expectations. We’re so grateful we brought our truck to them and would highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their vehicle! Thank you for a job well done!

My AC went out and I took it to Bennett's Automotive. They were efficient and replaced it in one day. Joey Cook was the person I felt with. He was very nice and furnished me a ride to and from the shop. If I have anything else to happen to my vehicle I will definitely take it back to Bennett's.
View on GoogleI recently had scheduled my oil change with Walmart and dropped off my car. My car even said it was “in service,” so I went ahead and did a full grocery shopping trip while I waited — only to get a call saying they didn’t even have the oil filter for my vehicle. 😅 I started calling around, and Bennett’s Automotive was the only place where I could actually speak to a real person right away. I explained my situation and told them I was leaving out of town that same day for my cousin’s graduation. They were incredibly helpful, gave me an exact total over the phone, and got me in promptly. The second I pulled up, they took my car back and started immediately. I was in and out before I knew it and able to hit the road just in time for graduation. Not only was the service fast, but every single staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take pride in what they do, which is honestly hard to find these days. Another thing I really appreciated was that with the oil change, they also did a safety inspection/check on my vehicle. It was nice knowing they were looking everything over and making sure my car was road-trip ready before leaving town. While I was there, I also noticed several people coming in to have vehicles inspected before purchasing them. I honestly didn’t even know that was an option, but what a great service to offer before making such a big purchase on a vehicle. Their location is a little hidden from the street view, so I feel like a lot of people probably don’t realize they’re there — but I 100% recommend giving them a try. Great customer service, honest pricing, fast work, and friendly people. Thank you, Bennett’s Automotive!
View on GoogleI noticed fluid leaking from the rear of my Jeep and, after seeing great online reviews, I scheduled an appointment with this shop. I dropped my car off at 9:30 a.m., and they inspected the issue. One thing I initially liked was that they text photos and explanations of any problems, followed by an estimate. However, I was shocked when the report stated my axle was broken and needed to be replaced. I sent the report and photos to my father, who owns and operates a mechanic shop in New York. After reviewing everything, he confirmed the axle was not broken—only rusted. Rust alone, with no cracks or damage, is not a reason to replace an axle. My father called the shop directly, and they admitted the axle was not broken. Despite this, the estimate included a new axle costing $800, with the total repair estimate nearing $1,700, which was extremely concerning. My father instructed them to simply refill the leaking fluid so I could pick up the car, as it was safe to drive. By 2:30 p.m., I called for an update and was told my car had been taken off the lift because they “weren’t sure what they were going to do with it.” No one contacted me for direction, even though refilling the fluid should have taken about 30 minutes. When I reiterated that I wanted the fluid filled, I was told they still needed to check if they could even do that—something my father said should never have been a question. When I arrived to pick up my car, the employee showed me a revised report and claimed it never said the axle was broken. I have four witnesses who saw the original report clearly stating that it was. This made it appear the report had been changed after the fact. Additionally, if the axle was never broken, it makes no sense that I was quoted for a replacement in the first place. To make matters worse, my cabin air filter was left on the floor of my vehicle, along with a loose plastic interior piece. While I wasn’t charged for the fluid refill, the overall experience was extremely negative and felt misleading. Based on my experience, this shop appears to attempt unnecessary repairs, which is especially concerning for customers who may not have mechanical knowledge. All this being said, this review is not to damage the reputation of this repair facility, but to help others make a good, educated decision on what to expect when considering using their services.
