I had been all over town and turned down due to the size of my truck- tires and no appointment. I was welcomed and worked in and made to feel important. I have tons of experience and knowledge about cars and as I was waiting for my truck to be done I listened to how other customers were spoken to about there repairs. These are good sense people and was not worried about the “up-sale” of their customers and genuinely concerned about what was safe. I highly recommend Smoky Mountain Automotive.

Casey and company were AMAZING! My van's alternator was about dead and I was 35 mins from home. I pulled into Smoky Mountain Auto around noon worried. The lady at the front desk was kind and reassuring. Casey was courteous and knowledgeable. The parts needed just happened to be in stock and they had me back on the road before closing time. Price was reasonable and my van is back better than before. Highly recommend!

I had some new tires installed and on a seperate visit had 4 ignition coils repleaced.. i am happy to say that both jobs were done right and in a timely and professional manner. You want the cost to be reasonable but honest work is most important. I have been very pleased with the results. Highly recommend these guys for maintaining your car..

We came in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was completed quickly and we were also very pleased to get an inspection of other systems on our car. We've had such inspections before where garages will tell you how strongly they recommend $1000 worth of added work. Not this time. We were told about a couple of items we already knew about but there was no pressure at all. I highly recommend Smoky Mountain Automotive. Pleasant people and honest service. Make an appointment, good service can draw a crowd!
