Molly is excellent and truly went above and beyond to get me in the truck I needed... However, once I left with the truck on September 30th, the dealership "forgot" to pay off my trade in, then they couldn't get the address right to send the payoff amount... So it's mid December, and my trade in account is severely delinquent and Molly is rude, unprofessional and unwilling to to help myself the customer get this issue resolved. I have never had someone turn the switch and be so completely unreasonable. I'm now only able to speak with their bank representative, who says he will resolve all this once my previous lender receives the payoff, so I wait for the check to finally be received by my trade in account. My credit has taken massive hit, my car insurance has gone up, my previous lender calls me every day demanding a 546 dollar payment for two months of unpaid balance on my trade in... Which they have already SOLD to someone else without satisfying our trade in contract. My previous lender does not care, says it's in my name til paid off, so my responsibility. This has been a nightmare experience and I don't recommend anyone having to go through this. Only reason it's still two stars from a 5 star is I do truly like the truck.. everything else has been terrible. Please make sure you go to a professional reputable dealer. I would not wish this horrible experience on my worst enemy. It's ruined my children's Christmas.

Had a great experience. Mate was awesome and helped us get into a Dodge Ram. He bend over backwards to help us. Everyone there was very friendly and I will be telling everyone I know to buy their car here.

I just personally wanted to say, how my experience went when i bought a vehicle from Smartcar Motors. Matt went above and beyond to help me . Matt answered any questions I had with integrity. Matt made sure I was satisfied, and happy! All of his employees were very polite and helpful. The process was so easy. I didn’t get frustrated or overwhelmed at all. Matt took his time to make sure everything was perfect. I would recommend anyone to go buy a vehicle from him, before you go to a dealership. You will not regret going to Smartcar. They are honest people, who are down to earth. Thanks for all the compassion you and your employees have showed to me and my family. I will definitely be buying all my vehicles from Matt from this day forward. P.S I love my 2015 Yukon!!!!!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience today at SmartCar Motors. Tom was extremely helpful and was quick to offer us help, while letting us know he was new. I’ve got to say that I wouldn’t have known if he didn’t tell us. Everyone who was involved today was helpful, and were great to work with and really seemed like they wanted to help. If I ever need another car, I will definitely be looking here first thing. Thanks guys!

I recently purchased a car from Smartcar Motors. I bought the car site unseen, as I was in another state several hundred miles away. I must say that Matt and Molly are two of the most honest and sincere people I have ever dealt with. They went out of the way to help, and were perfectly honest in describing the car. They over delivered on every promise made. I paid for the car one day...and they had it to me the next day! Great people to deal with. My sincere thanks to Matt and Molly!!!
