Originally brought our truck in a few weeks back for a coolant leak. They called us back after a week, saying it would cost $450 to get it fixed but they didn’t wanna “fool with fixing it” with the high miles but it runs great. Took another week to get it fixed and come to pay and they wanted $680. We said “uh no y'all quoted us $450 so that’s what we’re paying”. We took the truck home only to find it still leaking coolant in the same place that they claimed to fix. We brought the truck back, another week to get it re-fixed. We get the truck home and find raccoon looking, animal mud prints in our baby’s car seat. Mud all over inside of our car. So they’ve left a window down and an animal has got inside and messed everything up. It really sucks to have to leave a bad review because my family has always taken their cars there growing up. I hate they treated our vehicle with such disrespect.

Dropped my vehicle off months ago, he told me he can get to it by the following week. Couple days into the week, I didn't hear anything so I called and he said they dont have equipment to do the job, so they have to order it. I was cool with a little longer as long as they had intentions to fix it. Fast forward to today, they gave absolutely no effort to actually fix my vehicle. No equipment ordered or even a phone call to tell me they won't do it. It's not like I've been pushy or anything, I know to give a man some space to work. I work in a service as well, so I understand how things go, but this is downright unacceptable. Maybe alright if you are a tourist that needs a quick repair, but if you need a reliable mechanic as a local, try somewhere else.

I called and talked to Cecil who told me the car has a broken rear shock mount and it wasn't something they were able to fix. I am having the car shipped back to NJ. Cecil was very accommodating and did not charge my daughter for diagnosing the issue. Great customer service! I appreciate the honesty and helping my daughter out.

They were extremely nice to work with and accommodating. Price was fair and we didn't feel like they took advantage of us just because we were out of town.
