Absolutely awesome garage! Out of town from Michigan and our car quit! They checked us out immediately, fixed it and had us on our way! Super friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and affordable! These guys took such good care of us! What a blessing!

View on GoogleOur truck (‘21 Suburban) broke down on a family vacation to Tennessee from Connecticut. We were camping in Pigeon forge and chose T & J based on the google reviews. Always risky but we didn’t have much choice and knew a Chevy dealership would be a fortune. They were able to take it same day (dropped off after hours) and called us by 830 am with a diagnosis and by 930 it was up and running. The Uber to the campground and back was less the $15each way! Very fair price, fast turn around and they fixed just what we needed without trying to upsell. Honest guys. Good work. Made it home without further issue.
View on GoogleAbsolutely would recommend TJs 100%. I took my FJ to D and R Automotive in Sevierville to have it diagnosed and get an estimate for repairs. I honestly thought I needed my rear wheel bearings replaced. D and R contacted me and told me rear bearings needed replaced and rear axles needed replacing. Their estimate was $3700s 😳😳😳😳😳!!!!! WHAT?!!! After talking to D and R they lowered their price to about $3000s. At that moment I reluctantly told them to order parts. But once off the phone I did my own research and didn’t take long to realize D and R were crooked as hell with their price. I called 3 other places and got estimates over the phone. TJs was the most impressive and came in at $1080 AFTER tax. I picked my FJ up from D and R and paid them over $100s for their crooked diagnosis. Dropped my FJ off at TJs and the next day they called and told me it was done. Said he checked everything underneath and all bearings and axles front and rear are good. Said the was a traction bar that he tightened. Suggested that I take it to a place to get tires rotated and alignment done. TJs bill was $65.85. I took their suggestions and had tires rotated and alignment done $131s. ($196 INSTEAD OF $3000)!! My FJ handles like it’s new and no more clunk noise in the rear end. I spoke with Jim at TJs. Very pleasant gentleman and most importantly very honest. Saved me from getting ripped off by D and R Automotive. Thanks Jim
