I was visiting the Smoky’s from Indiana and had a brake caliper locking up on our 2017 Jeep JK. It was looking bad fast for us. I called this repair shop and told them my circumstance and they did not hesitate to tell me to get it there and they would look at it right away. When I arrived, which was about 15 minutes later, he had the part in hand from a local auto parts store before I arrived fortunately, that is exactly what it took to fix our jeep which only took about 30 minutes to repair if I could give 20 stars I would I felt like he under charge me so I gave him a honest tip for what he did. Just so you all are aware he stopped what he was doing on another job just to get us up and running.

Chris is a very nice person, the work he did on my vehicle was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this shop for any services needed. He is very mechanical trusting, as well as prices are very reasonable. He worked my vehicle in even though he was swamped with other work. I could give a 10 star I would. I definitely will be back for future services. :)

I never write reviews on Google but I have to for Chris and the crew at Smoky Mountain Jeep, they installed my tow hooks and light bar for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and did an amazing job! Chris really knows his stuff and I will be bringing my Jeep back to him if it ever has any issues.
