If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately we hired Ryan to help get my oil pan the rest of the way out of my car, he broke my timing chain tension guide and will not be honest and he in turn has left me now having to pay $2000 to have my entire timing chain replaced along with all the components that have to do wrong timing and a broken motor mount and God only knows what else. He can talk a big game but doesn’t truly know what he’s doing. I pray this happens to nobody else! Pics attached of what was left broken! He was asked to put subframe back on and has my oil pain smashed between the motor and the subframe. Definitely do not recommend this guy unless it’s something simple. Also was told one price and got charged something else. Then turned around the next day and tried to charge $700 to fix what he broke! If you ask me that’s ridiculous.

Why I would recommend Ryan’s Mobile Mechanic Ryan did a great job replacing a thermostat & coolant, as well as battery terminals on our Ford Expedition during our holiday in the Pidgin Forge area. He displayed a logical and analytical approach towards diagnosing the problem and was even able to highlight some other maintenance that would be beneficial for us to get done in the future simply by watching the motor run. I watched him perform every turn of the wrench and can confirm Ryan was gentle and patient on the tools and the engine, even when dealing with some very unforgiving clamps and bolts. It was a skilful demonstration of workmanship. Ryan was contacted on a Saturday afternoon during the Christmas week and worked until about 8:30pm that night (in the rain) to get the job done to our deadline. Ryan’s communication was responsive throughout the day and as an Australian 🇦🇺 even I could understood his thick Southern accent well enough 😂 He explained the work he would do and the general costs before commencing. Ryan’s price was fair and even after I gave a tip to appreciate his hard work it was good value. He currently only accepts cash but did not require payment until the job was complete so I was able to test drive my repaired car to an ATM to get money out. If you run into car problems whilst on holidays in the Gatlinburg/Pidgin Forge/Sevierville area I suggest you give Ryan a call and see if he is available to help.

Came to my grandsons to supposedly fix his car but did more harm than good. Now it’s going to cost him triple of what it should’ve cost. Didn’t know what he was doing. Broke several parts, that he tried to say my grandson broke. Took money that he didn’t earn. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to call on this so called mechanic.

If you need a real one to save your ride — CALL RYAN. We accidentally put DEF in the diesel tank (rookie mistake, I know) and thought it was game over for our truck. Ryan came through, worked a straight-up miracle, and got us back on the road. No fancy team, no backup — just him, his tools, and his word. And guess what? He did EXACTLY what he said he was gonna do. Hard to find people these days who show up, stand by their work, and don’t make excuses. Ryan is that guy. If you need someone reliable, honest, and willing to handle business — he’s your mechanic. Highly recommend. 10/10. We thank God for him 🙌🏽

He's great with Fords and he offered us a intake gasket to replace our old one since it was leaking coolant and he replaced our serpentine belt as well as our tension pulley. I will recommend him to any Ford owner because he gets the job done and his prices aren't that bad.
