Excellent experience called 1 day.They had a wrecker pick my jeep up Around 10 AM I received a call at 4.That my jeep was ready. I was completely satisfied with the price which included the wrecker bill. No problems, no fuss, easy in and out.Top knotch service.If you need your car fix , go to rick's. View on GoogleThe best auto shop around! I don't think there are enough words to describe how good this shop really is. They are the only place I will ever take my car to. Anytime I have needed work done, they have got my car in as soon as possible. communicated what is needed to be done, their pricing is always completely fair, and I feel on the lower end. They always take care of you and are truly so kind. Shout out to Frankie and everyone at Rick's. They are the only people I trust when my car is in need of repairs.
View on GoogleI had a flat tire that needed replacing, but Rick's didn't have my specialty tire in stock, and none of their suppliers could get it quickly either, it would have taken about a week. Rather than leave me waiting, they recommended I call a few places around town to track one down. One shop did have it, and Rick's got me fixed up the same day, fast. What really shocked me was the price. It was incredibly cheap, honestly, I almost feel like I shouldn't say it, because I want to make sure they're still around the next time I need car service. The shop that actually had the tire in stock would have charged several hundred dollars more for the same work Rick's did at a fraction of the cost. And for context, replacing all four of my specialty tires would have run at least $1,000. Rick's saved me at least a week of time just by making a few phone calls on my behalf. That kind of effort and honesty is rare. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleI took my truck to Ricks in March for a service and to diagnose and fix a shutter in the front end, which ended up being my rotors. When I got the truck back it was perfect, until I noticed significant cutting into the brand new rotors a couple months later. I thought this was unusual so I called Rick’s and they instructed to bring my truck by. After they took a look they got me on the schedule for later that week and replaced my brake pads and rotors on the front. In a world where everything is getting expensive it is so nice to work with a company that stands behind their work. Highly recommend Rick’s.

Brought us some oil to get our vehicle running and then made time to find the problem (diagnosed pin hole leak in oil filter) then allowed us to get back to our family vacation. We got a full oil change and filter replacement. Also the cabin filter. Super affordable and great hospitality. This is how a business should run. Could not be happier. I own a small belting business in Ohio. I would give them free belts for life. 👍😉 thank you for your help. Great job.
