Needed cv axles once I got to town for the week. They took my car at 6pm and had it done shortly after lunch the next day. He drove the car, confirmed the cv axles should be replaced, showed me what parts were available next day, and got to work. Priced very reasonable. Thanks again!

Was very honest, promptly diagnosed the problem, he and his wife and son were very kind, we enjoyed getting to know them. Charged a reasonable price, and we were on our way. Would go back if needed, and would highly recommend this business.
View on GoogleJust arrived into Gatlinburg for a anniversary vacation notice when I got into town, my brakes felt funny. They were grabbing. We were only three or 4 miles from the hotel. Well, I got here and checked my passenger side rotor and it was scolding hot so the first day of vacation was not looking good so I checked Google for brake repair near me and this place showed up and when I seen the guy’s name was Jesus , I took that as a sign I gave him a call. He said, bring the truck to him. He would take care of me found him really easy. He was a very nice man showed me the parts that he had to order on his computer told me what it would cost. He ordered the parts and an hour later. My truck was fixed and my worries were gone. If you need brake service in this area, give him a call. You will not regret it.
View on GoogleI would give this place 10 stars if I could! Jesus and his team were absolutely incredible when I ran into car trouble during our trip. Within minutes of my car being towed to the shop, he was able to diagnose the issue and clearly explain what needed to be done. He and his wife went truly above and beyond to get the necessary parts and have everything completed in time for me to leave as originally planned (less than 24 hours later!) Car trouble is never convenient, but they made a stressful situation so much easier. They saved me time, money, and a great deal of stress, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. To top it off, while being towed and Ubering around, four different people independently told me I was at the right shop and in great hands. They are truly caring, honest, and exceptional. I feel incredibly grateful to have ended up here. Thank you so much :)
View on GoogleDid an amazing job. My vehicle power steering went out when leaving Gatlinburg on vacation headed home. Already checked out of our stay and car loaded up with my family limped to this shop with a 4 hour drive still in front of us. The owner understood our situation moved us to the front of the line and even called in some extra help to get us back up and running on a 4 hour repair that other would have been 2 days. On top of that everything was priced very fairly and he did not try to take advantage of us due to our situation which most places would have. I commend the integrity, honesty, and great workmanship of the owner and his team. Highly recommend.
