Transmissions "R" Us

I was visiting my Mom and Dad in Tennessee from North Carolina and reverse broke in my truck and they had a transmission in stock and had it fixed in a few hours. Free estimate and towing repair. Thanks to all the guys that worked on my truck.

This business deserves five stars. Towed my vehicle over an hour for no charge. They gave the best piece on rebuilding the transmission. The best and most important part is they are honest. When I picked up my vehicle I was told they did not have to rebuild the transmission. That saved me over $1600 that I was prepared to pay. I will recommend to everyone I know

Transmission went out on my wife’s car. (2013 Chevy equinox) We live in Greeneville. Called a tow truck had it towed to the nearest shop. That shop wanted $5900 to put a new transmission in the car with a 1 year warranty. Called Transmissions R Us, in Russellville. They quoted us $2900 to rebuild the transmission that’s in the car AND gave it a 2 year warranty. On top of that, we told them we are located in Greeneville. They said they would come get it with their own tow truck at no additional charge!! They came to Greeneville ( about a 2 hour round trip), picked it up, rebuilt it, and called us to come pick it up in about 10 business day. Car drives great! Very happy with the service! So far so good!

I don't want to give them any stars. We have a truck where the transmission was supposed rebuilt from this place it was 6,450.00 but it only lasted 5,000 miles so I would not recommend this place to anyone. Your wrong you done the partial rebuild not even a full rebuild on 7/17/ 2024. Thus it hasn't been a full year .. and the warranty should at least cover the labor ...parts for a full rebuild is 900.00 .....that's OK I found a fully remanufactored at auto zone for 1949.00 they ship any where so all the people that read this will at least know how your work is ..5700 miles on a partial rebuild is pretty sorry ..warranty is 3 years 50,000 and it hasn't been a year until next week .... so you have a good day and may the Lord repay you for your service. And you haven't even looked at this truck so how can you say anything about it.
