If you are traveling through Tennessee, I hope you have no car troubles and safe travels...but in the sad case that you need a tow and/or service to your vehicle JD Tire and Service Center is the place to call. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help travelers in need. Nathan showed up shortly after we called and spoke to the owner, Joe, for a tow. They got our vehicle in first thing in the morning, got parts, and got us back on the road. Fair and reasonably priced they delivered and made us feel right at home while we waited- even let us camp in our camper on their property the night we broke down!

Joe at JD Tire has been the most helpful and honest mechanic that I've ever dealt with. As a guy who works on a lot of his own projects, I can tell if someone is trying to sell me on something that I don't need. In many years of doing business here, I've never experienced that from JD Tire and Service. They take care of my fleet vehicles very well and prevent costly downtime. I highly recommend them for any needed maintenance or repairs.

Had brake trouble on the way to Pigeon Forge from Indiana. We were taken care of immediately and felt confident that our brakes were good enough to finish our trip. I can't say enough good things about J.D.'s.

Awesome service. Broke down on the highway ( blew the serpentine belt ) they came and got my cane and fixed it so I could get back home to Michigan

I needed my brake pads changed and I had the wrong kind ..... They ordered the best fit and changed them for me . Quality service, reasonable prices and very nice people. 10/10 recommend.
