My son was traveling to Knoxville from Nashville and began having electrical troubles with his truck. After replacing batteries at O'Reilly's, it was also determined that the voltage regulator was bad and would have to be replaced. However, they aren't able to install alternators at O'Reilly's. I googled and found Treadway, checked reviews and called the shop myself directly and told them situation and what we had figured out with testing and asked if he could save the day and install the alternator/voltage regulator and get my son back on the road. When my son got to the shop, the gentleman immediately got to work on it and had the alternator changed out and back on the road in 30 minutes. He saved the day! I would HIGHLY recommend Treadway if i found myself in Rockwood again. His prices were more than fair and he was great to work with from long distance. Thank you so much!
