EXCELLENT! Brandon has fixed problems we’ve had several times at our camper, which is parked at a campground. Brandon also noticed and fixed things we hadn’t seen that down the road would have caused us major problems. Brandon is super nice, professional and we will use him anytime we need anything! We highly recommend him.

So glad Tri-Star storage had his card! Had called 7 different places (including authorized Winnebago repair shop, RAM dealer, and assorted other RV repair places) to get front sumo coils replaced. They were all clueless even though the Travato came with them installed. He knew exactly what they were and his installation description was exactly what I had researched online. After further discussion with him (and research on travato Facebook group), I decided to upgrade to Timbren SES. Also had the generator oil changed and he called mfg himself to confirm best weight. Definitely will be using his services again.

Brandon arrived earlier than planned and we were back on the road. His troubleshooting skills and knowledge of RV systems operations are impressive. He explained everything to me as he performed the troubleshooting steps. Thank you!

First time working with Brandon - service was 4 wheel bearing repack. Brandon was on time and had all the tools required. He was VERY knowledgeable about this work and from our discussions, he can help me with all other required repairs and service. Brandon took time to show me the points to repack the bearings. I really wanted to gain this knowledge for repairs on the road. He has a great personality and I learned so much. I will be using him in future RV work. Thank you Brandon.

No need to look anywhere else for another RV mobile repair - Brandon at 865 Precision is the one you want - period! No need to call another company! If you are within an hour of Knoxville he will come to you. My family was loaded up ready to head out camping for a week - as I hooked up the camper to the truck and tried to raise all the jacks the right rear one didn’t raise. I tried everything I knew to do to no avail. After 2 hours of trying to fix it I told my family we were going to have to cancel our camping trip. It was a SUNDAY! I called 5 or 6 mobile repair companies and of course they didn’t answer. I called 865 Precision and to my surprise Brandon answered the phone! I told him what was going on and he helped me figure out how to manually raise the jack! So we were able to go on our trip and not have to pay the cancellation fees which at that point would have been the whole week since it was so close. I was absolutely blown away that not only did he answer his phone he took the time to walk me through the process even though he had his family with him! I am in no way insinuating he is going to answer his phone on the weekend every time - but he did for me and I’m extremely grateful! He REALLY wants to help people out!!! Obviously when we got back from our camping trip we contacted him to give him first shot to do the repair. I told him we were going camping again in 2 weeks and he said he would work us in. He came out within 2 days of us getting home and diagnosed the problem. This was a Friday and he ordered the part and was back replacing it on Monday! He explained the issue thoroughly and not only fixed it he showed me how to diagnose it myself if I was out camping and it happened again. He was not only extremely fair on the price he was significantly lower than a dealer and he comes to you and extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!
