If you want quality workmanship, done right the first time, at a very reasonable price this is the place. Family owned and operated, these folks are very caring, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They treat your vehicle like it was their own(they have some cool stuff in here, too). We had my wife's truck brought here after the transmission gave out(in Jonesboro), they let us know that they got the truck, checked it out and then called and explained everything to us, no gimmicks, no nonsense. They went above and beyond what any dealship service dept would do, all for a very reasonable price and the turn around was very quick. We are very blessed to have folks like these in our area. My father, John, needed some transmission work done on his truck. He took the truck to Allen’s for repairs. In the meantime, dad fell ill, and required hospitalization. During this time, Shane continued to work on dad’s truck, but they didn’t just work on his truck. They checked on dad to see if he was ok, they stayed in contact during the time it took to fix the truck. They apologized for delays in fixing the truck. They made sure that my dad’s truck was COMPLETELY fixed all around before releasing the truck back to him. The crew at Allen’s transmission went above and beyond to make sure the truck was in great working order, they checked on my dad and my mom, they provided service that is not seen in the world we live in now. They treated my dad like family, they are honest, good people that happen to have an amazing business. Customer service is excellent, mechanic work is excellent. Unfortunately had my transmission go out 800 miles from home. I was fortunate, however, to find Allen's transmissions, dropped the truck off Monday afternoon and Sherman had us back on the road Tuesday afternoon. Honest and quality work.
