Snyder's Diesel and Auto Performance

My Husband and I had just arrived at our RV resort near Pigeon Forge TN and noticed that we were leaking transmission fluid, not a little leak but a big leak. Because it was after 5 when we arrived we waited till morning to call around for repair shops. I feel like I called dozens of places and could not get a human to answer, just leave a message but no call backs. But then I found Snyder’s Diesel and what a surprise as Wes answered and when I explained our situation Wes was quick to say he could help us out and to bring the truck right over. Wes even made sure one of his guys could bring us back to our camper while the work was being done and they picked us back up when our truck was ready to be picked up …Thank you Tyler!! Wes and all of the guys at Snyder’s Diesel worked so diligently to quickly resolve our issue which turned out to be a transmission pan seal. The gentleman that actually worked on our truck, I apologize I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful with first hand information about just how durable our truck transmission mission was and even suggested some modifications that would help the longevity of our transmission. The prices were very reasonable and the communication from Wes was impeccable. We were never left in the dark wondering what was going on. If you have a diesel truck, these guys are top notch and they won’t mislead you or try and sell you a service you don’t need. They are honest hard working guys and I am truly appreciative of the work they did to get our truck back up and running. Thank you Again Snyder’s Diesel!!!

10/10 highly recommend! Our diesel broke down 5 seconds into our vacation. I called at least 100 places before finding Wesley at Snyders! I'd trust them over anyone in the area. they worked so hard and so fast to get us not only back on the road but made sure my truck was better than it was before I even got here!! Runs better, faster, clearer. I mean, there are no words as to how amazing this guys are. They are GENUINE AND HONEST! They made sure to give me the best price on their work which saved my family THOUSANDS of dollars. I'd drive 6 hours just to bring my truck to these guys if I could. When everyone else said "It will take a few days" Wesley and his crew said "give me a few hours" Miracle workers. Also, my 5 year old loved them! They even made sure to give her a T shirt to make the situation feel so special. These guys are phenomenal!! Thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart.

Honest and quality work,These guy’s are at a different level than most of your diesel shops. A friend of mine suggested that I take my truck to them and now I will never use no one else to work on anything of mine. They go way beyond what they get paid for to satisfy their customers and they also treat you more like a friend than a customer. Communication was also a plus! They sent pictures and kept me updated through out the process of working on my truck so yes I highly recommend this shop to work on anything.

This place is the best in Tennessee.Matt,,Wesley,Eddie are very very best their other mechanics are great too! I want take my truck no where else they treat you great and very reasonable on their price and they won't lie to you either they tell you the truth. Keep up the great work. Awesome guys 👍👍👍👍

5/5 stars. Took my 2017 dodge charger scat pack to get the evap fixed up and to get rid of my check engine light that’s been there forever. Took to it Jose and he got the job done in less than TWO HOURS. Amazing work and he explained everything and hasn’t popped up since then. Highly recommend.
