These guys are top notch. VERY honest. No games or salesy shenanigans. Their prices are very reasonable and they do good work. Excellent communication. All of the things you would expect from a mechanic but rarely get… these guys deliver. I’ll be taking my vehicles here from now on.

We were mislead to believe we needed multiple things fixed on our car by another tire shop. We came for a second opinion and they saved us a ton of money by only fixing what was actually needed. They were friendly and quick! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service! Replaced complete break pads and rotors on 2500 HD Chev. Joe called with all the details prior to job and was very polite and appreciated our business right up front! Also talked about better pads and rotors…and not pushy, he just wanted us to have the best. Checking in with Dale S up front was also professional and thanked us also. I’d like to add, these folks offered straight advice and ZERO SALES pitch! They were serious about owning your business. I’ve previously bought tires at both Porters east and east end of Morristown and each time treated like I was their best customer. I highly recommend Porters tires store… very pleased!
