My father took my tire to Brian because it had a slow leak causing us to have to add air every couple of days. Other places suggested just buying a new tire, but Brian found the leak and repaired it with no problem. Thank you so much for your knowledge and expertise! I appreciate you! 😀

I went to get a replacement tire. Although I told the guy what I needed he insisted on telling me what he thought was best. Seeing the potential that he might actually be right I gave him my tire and left. Came back in the agreed hour and my tire hadn't been looked at all. They were busy. I agreed to come back for the tire the next day, and as it would be he could not fix my tire because it needed to be replaced, and he did not have the size I needed to replace it. I did experience good customer service and the people weren't rude or unprofessional. But I wasn't listened to, and ended up wasting my time. At the end of it all they referred me to another tire shop that got the job done.

Brian has been straight up with me every time over the years. I have bought tires from him and had some repairs done to all my trucks at one time or another. It is a small shop with a big heart. An honest guy!

I trust Brian (the owner/mechanic) to tell me the truth about auto repairs. He will tell you what needs to be replaced/fixed and why and also tell you what can wait. He never tries to sell you on repairs you don't need but he will tell you what he recommends if he thinks there is something else you should get done at a later date and why it's important WITHOUT using confusing shop talk. I had an alignment shop tell me that a much needed steering repair was going to be $800 and, after calling around, I found that price to be pretty much the same but never heard lower than $600. I called Brian and he told me what parts I needed and to find them online. I found them on Amazon for $150 and he installed them for $150, saving me $300-$500! A friend of mine had a dealer quote him $1200 for A/C compressor installation. He bought the part online for $400 and Brian installed it for $200, saving him 50%! You may find a place closer to you, more convenient, who can do it today (Brian often has a wait because it's just him), but I promise you it is worth your time (and money!) to take it to Ellendale Used Tire and Auto Repair.

I have used Ellendale Tire and Auto Repair going back to when Tommy (Brian's Dad) was running things. I trust him with anything, if he can't fix something he will refer you to somebody who can. He often has a wait time because Brian is a one man shop, but it is always worth the wait. I send him customers all the time, they become life-long customers as well. Highly recommended!!!
