Neals is a very trustworthy car repair place. I’ve taken my car there a few times and they do a great job. I’ve even taken my car in there, thinking there was something wrong with it and they told me there wasn’t anything wrong with it and didn’t charge me. You don’t see that very often. Definitely will be back
View on GoogleMy girlfriend took her 2018 Murano in to have it looked at. It was smoking on startup. White smoke with a slight smell of oil. They told her the car was smoking worse than they have ever seen and told her it needed a new engine. The car was not throwing, codes, not loosing coolant, and minimal oil loss. I did a compression test and no issues there. It ended up being some sludge in the engine and a clogged PCV valve. After cleaning the sludge out and installing a PCV valve it isn't smoking and is running like new. End of story is part was 30 dollars, sea foam 10 dollars to clean it, 40 dollars for new oil and filter and 1 hour of labor vs a new engine.

Cam could have told me anything, I know nothing about cars, but he was honest enough to tell me the truth and charged me a fair price. I will go back if I ever need their help again. I was so happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend Karl’s. Cam will treat you right.
