Appreciate the honest service. Had our brakes checked after dealer said our car needed new rear brakes at next oil change... only 20,000 miles. It was worth a small charge for them to check front and rear to find out they have many more miles left. I will certainly use them when I do need the work done and probably tires too. View on GoogleI am seriously impressed by Matlock. The service they provided was excellent! I showed up on a Saturday morning at 8am with sudden engine trouble, and a 10 hour drive ahead of me. The staff was friendly and helpful, and squeezed me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. They took care of my issue without attempting to sell me service or repairs I didn’t need. A++ I was also equally impressed by their facility which was almost as nice as dentist’s office waiting room, but more approachable! They had Christian radio playing and Daily Bread available out on the tables as well. As a small business owner myself, I was glad to see that their faith shined through in every way I interacted with them. These guys are the real deal!

They great you by name like they know you. Customer service like this has been long gone for many years. David was outstanding. Comparable pricing on some things is a little higher, but the quality of work and customer service alone makes it worth paying.

I left a note and my car for a quote on new tires (time for new ones anyway) and they responded back at 7:30am the next day and had me ready to go by 10:00am. Great service. Highly recommend Matlock Tire!
