Didn’t seem very customer friendly (I was the only one there when I pulled up). They said two words to me till they told me they was waiting on my dip stick bc they broke it and got it out of the motor but they sent the wrong part so they was waiting on the right stick. Then tried to charge me for it. The man wringing me up was nice and took care of it when I told him it wasn’t broken two days ago when I checked my oil, so he took that off my ticket and told me to have a wonderful day. But the younger guys hardly spoke to me They could have been more customer friendly in my opinion. But we all have one of those. I may give them another try and hopefully they interact with customers better next time. (Bc till they got wind of me saying it shouldn’t take this long for a oil change, did they finally tell me what was taking so long , I had no clue what was going on and why my car was just sitting there!) Try harder next time guys. I’m the manager of a scrap yard and communication is key. I’d be upset with my guys if they didn’t keep the customers in the loop so they know why they are waiting.

My go to for oil changes! They are efficient but with an eye for detail. They even managed to peel off an ancient, petrified oil change sticker from a competitor that I had basically accepted as a permanent part of my windshield. 😅 They showed me my engine air filter and checked my wipers—giving me the option to upgrade with absolutely zero pressure. It’s so refreshing to leave a shop without feeling like I was just interrogated by a salesperson. Love these guys!

View on GoogleNeeded an oil change, called ahead, I got a good price but ended up leaving & found the cheapest place in town for my truck, but this place had zero customer service,atleast for me anyways. I wanted to give them my homeless money but I couldn't even get 1 of them to look my direction even after their bell let them know I was there, lol. Its all good. Just wanted to share my experience
