I cannot say enough good things about Car Fix in Maryville. My A/C compressor was not engaging, and I had no idea what the problem might be. As someone without the equipment or expertise to diagnose it myself, I was fully expecting to pay for diagnostic work and possibly repairs. Instead, the technicians took the time to investigate the issue and discovered that the connector had simply become unplugged. What impressed me most is that they easily could have sold me parts or repairs I didn't need, and I would never have known the difference. Instead, they were completely honest, and plugged the connector back in. That level of integrity is rare these days. They earned my trust and my future business with a simple act of honesty. Carfix has always been fast, honest, and done high quality work when it comes to fixing my car. An added plus here is that if it’s going to take awhile for the repair and you don’t have someone to help you drop the car off, they have loaner cars to use to run errands while waiting on the repair. It’s really good for those of us with only one vehicle.
