Amazing experience! The price was about half of what the dealership quoted me, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, they even cleaned my car before I left. They also report maintenance to Carfax, so I still have a record for my warranty. I’ll definitely be coming back for all of my future maintenance. Highly recommend!

I had some problems with my vehicle’s AC not blowing cold and with the warm weather coming up, I needed to have that working properly. Jose was able to get me taken care of and now I have AC that’s colder than ever before, and I’ve had this car since it was brand new in 2007, so that’s saying something! Fun fact, it doesn’t have to be a Mercedes-Benz for them to provide you with top notch customer service and vehicle repair!

View on GoogleTook my 1983 mercedes-benz 380sl to this shop for routine maintenance and some other work and concerns I had questions about. It sat there for a week before an "inspection" occurred,at which point I was texted an exorbitant high bill with no call or explanation. The mechanic that I spoke to seemed like he was annoyed that I wanted to ask questions about the services needing to be performed. Such as almost $600 for a distributor cap and rotor, which is a maximum $150 set of parts that takes maybe an hour if that to change out on your own personal time. Almost $700 for tires to be replaced and they do not even have the proper equipment to do an alignment on your vehicles tires. They still also charged me a $125 diagnostic fee after telling me when I called them previously that they would wave that charge and did not honor their agreement. They also didn't even address my other concerns for dash lights not working, my ac and heat and also my hood latch release for the interior needed replacement. Below is a screenshot of the ridiculous bill they were trying to get me to pay,I guess they thought the younger guy with an old car wouldn't know anything and just pay out whatever for whenever. I would not recommend taking any of your mercedes-benz here no matter what year they were made save your time and money and go somewhere else with fair pricing and respect for their customers intelligence.
