AutoPro Maryville - a Main Street Auto shop

I needed a front end alignment and they were professional quick. I had a slight shimmy not bad but that was automatically fixed... And the shop itself is very relaxing. You have couches, tables snacks machine which makes your wait very pleasurable. Thanks guys! We will definitely use you again. They even applied a coupon which was a definite plus.

This is the only place you will ever need to/want to bring your vehicle to for any/all repairs! These guys are amazing and their prices are fair! I recently bought 2 tires at a ridiculously great price (and believe me, I shopped around) and today, I had my air conditioner recharged/with hoses replaced due to a massive leak and my a/c is better than ever! Shout out to Tony (and Cory) for working so diligently to get this task completed! Brandon and Cory always welcome me with a smile (especially when I brought in Krispy Kreme donuts today) and they are great at keeping you "in the know" about your vehicle's progress.... the manager, Cameron, jumps in when/where needed to help out his team! Great work as far as I can tell but costs more than any other Dealership or shop ive ever been to. They charge more than the dealership. Dealership quoted $1500ish for struts (including parts) on my 2021 RAM 1500. At AutoPro, I supplied the parts, $1738 for strut replacement front upper control arms, alignment, oil change, and tire rotation. Was about $1600 w/o oil and rotation AND AGAIN, I supplied the parts so thats just labor, shop supply fee and tax. I am 100% for paying someone the full labor hours for a job but this was STEEP. We didnt discuss price on the phone call as my appointment was made. Day of the appointment I thought he misspoke or I misheard when he said $1738. I assume they meant $738 and went about my day. Thats all on me.. I dont blame them for that. Only two parts thats frustrating is the STEEP labor hours charged compared to decent dealerships and upper control arms was charged as a whole separate job despite it being literally two more bolts beyond a strut replacement.. even my dealership was going to write that off. For context, I work on vehicles too. Ive done this same job before. I just dont have the tools or space to do this on my truck.

Engine light was steady on. Diagnostics indicated very low oil level, but no leaks observed. Possibly a bad solenoid sensor. Cameron shared the basics of what could be the problem. I appreciated the well-explained options. A complete oil change with a new sensor was the starting point...Engine light went off. A general vehicle inspection reminded me the front brakes needed attention, which I had been putting off. All of this was taken care of in one afternoon at what I considered a reasonable cost. I like the texting option for inspection results and approval of work. Again, work explanations were detailed and well-explained. Cameron & Corey were professional and knowledgeable. The ONLY con was the floor mats werent protected, so I had some grease & grit to clean. Thankful for AutoPro of Maryville. I have used them for 2 other vehicles and plan on using them again.
