I dont ever do this but I bought a car listed no damage. I've had it 9 months. My driver door lock randomly would work, so I couldn't close my door. Upon inspection I realized that underneath the door had excessive dents and damage that I never saw because its underneath the door. I apid 200 to get it looked at for them to tell me I need to pay another 900 plus tax for a lock mechanism that I was told was stuck. I offered 450 since they lied to me about there being no damage, which there is. Anyway, i'm going to attempt to fix this on my own. Just warning everyone to check anything you buy from here. But I wouldn't waste my time.

(i dont write reviews, but i feel i should voice my time here). I was passing through and needed some basic maintenance done on my vehicle while on my trip, to which the lady service advisor acted like she didnt care for the customers needs, i was treated like an idiot and was not cared for. terrible. the only experience that made it tolerable was there was a guy advisor who actually took the time to help me, tell me what i needed and what could wait (the others there just seemed to want you to buy everything they suggest because its "needed") I sadly cant remember his name as i was passing by. i think his name was Sam? Simon? i know it started with an S. they need more people like him, or atleast train the others to have better customer service. he'd be the ONLY reason i'd return to that place to service my car. im unsure about the reviews here it sounds like most of these are employees giving themselves the good reviews...

Jeff Bateson turned into an invaluable resource! We are from out of town and our transmission went close to our destination far from home. Turned out Farris Motor Company was a bit too far for it to make sense to have the work done there but that did not stop Jeff from guiding us from afar on the process. Wonderful having such a knowledgeable resource to assist as such a stressful time!! Clearly trustworthy and honest plus will go the extra mile! He even helped us again 2.5 years later when we had another issue. He advocates for his customers and truly is invested in helping them. You cannot go wrong working with him! Thank you, Jeff!!
