We were down on the strip in Gatlinburg in a downpour when my window decided to take the day off and make life tropical. After a short wait, my dude was able to get my driver's side window up and mod the switch so I could still use it. Top notch, great service, worth every penny for convenience. Don't hesitate if you get caught in the rain! 💯

I am a Turo host a a vehicle of mine started overheating while being rented out. Banks Motorsports was able to get to the vehicle and diagnose and repair in an afternoon. Saved me a lot of money and my guest a big headache. Definitely recommend their services.

Excellent doing business with Banks Motorsports. I sent some info via text, and they took care of the rest. Their tech messaged me with info before, during, and after the repair. We got to enjoy our vacation time instead of waiting around because of a nail in our tire. Definitely recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE!! We had a terrible experience with Banks Motorsports. My window broke on the way to Gatlinburg on a Sat evening. There were three places open on Sunday. Banks Motorsports promised he would fix it that day. We texted him all day and he promised he would do it on Sunday. At 8pm he told he he could not do it until 8am the next day. We had reservations to LeConte (non-refundable), and he made us miss our trip because he kept telling us he would do it on Sunday, so we didn't go to the other two places that are open on Sundays. On Monday morning he insisted that he would meet us at LeConte (an 8-mile hike into the woods), and mansplained to me when I told him you can't drive there. He insisted he can drive there. We missed our non-refundable $1,000 trip to LeConte that we waited 10 years for. Carr's Auto service is also open on Sundays, and we would have gone there had Banks Motorsports not insisted over and over that he would do it on Sunday.

Stay away from this thief. I paid him to put a new motor in my van. He had my van for over seven months and didn’t fix it. He kept making promises, missing deadlines and then eventually brought the van back to me, dropped it off in the parking lot and kept my money. Pay attention to the reviews! So many instances where he takes people’s money and does not perform the work. He should be arrested for theft. He does not even deserve the 1 star. I tried filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau, but guess what he’s not a legitimate business, go figure.
