I have been taking all of my vehicles to the Farragut location for several years and Mike and the entire team is not only honest, but they truly care about your budget. I recently had them do a full work up on my sons truck that was a 2004 and they basically made this truck super safe, extending the life of the truck, and with a very reasonable price. I thought I would share this experience with anyone who has 16 year old drivers and older. After they did did a great job on the truck my son decided to treat the truck like a street hot rod and blew out 3 cylinders. Mike and his team reached out to me and asked me to come into the shop to show me some things he was concerned with. To come to find out my son decided to keep drag racing his truck after he blew 3 cylinders and how the tred on the tires were completely worn out. Mike and his team spent time with my son talking with him the damage he caused and why he should treat the truck with care. Just like most 16 year olds, they really dont understand the damages they cause until they do it and realize now how much money they need to repair it. I would have NEVER known anything about this without Mike and his team reached out to me. If you got a young new driver and want to make sure your son or daughter is taking good care of their car and for the right budget I highly recommend using CarFix in Farragut. I took my car in for an oil change since this business is near me. I was immediately taken care of by a very nice man at the front desk. The business is a very nice , immaculate place. The waiting room is extremely nice and comfortable for your waiting with a large screen TV and coffee and cold soft drinks and water in a small refrigerator. I will use them again as needed.
