Excellent customer service! They had my car fixed very quickly and gave me fair prices for the repairs. They also explained the problems in an easy to understand terms which I greatly appreciated! Will definitely be returning for any future repairs and will definitely be recommending them to people!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was just so relieved and appreciative of the friendly service I had at Halls. I just got an oil change, but I will definitely be back for additional services. When he asked what year my car was, I panicked and forgot. He didn’t make me feel stupid about it - he just calmly went outside to look and kindly told me when he came back inside so that I would know. My questions were given genuine consideration and answered clearly. Thank you for the positive experience.

I called around to ask if there was a diagnostic fee at several shops to look at my brakes. When I called Halls I spoke to John and kindly asked if there was a fee. John’s response was “Well I could pay a monkey to listen to farts, but if you need someone to diagnose your car then they have to be paid.” There was absolutely no reason for him to be rude, childish, and unprofessional in response to me asking a reasonable question in a kind way. I’ve gotten work there before, but I will NEVER go back, nor will any of my family. I don’t want to support a business where that’s how they speak to their customers. Every other shop I called kindly and respectfully responded to my reasonable question. They can have my family’s business from now on. I don’t know what John’s problem is, but we won’t be dealing with it from now on.

If I could give 6/5 stars I would. I have had to bring my car into Hall's multiple times over the past few years and everytime has been quick, painless, and an amazing experience. Sometimes i even learn a thing or two. I never feel like I'm being bled dry or getting directed to pointless maintenance. Once I actually brought my car to Hall's on a recommendation while I lived in Antioch and no other mechanic could figure out my steering problem. Got a call back a day or two later with the exact reason, solution, and time to fix. Now live in Fairview and will always trust Hall's with my car when I'm in town.
