Trash. Long, long load times with the only explanation they are willing to give is, "they are working on you". I'm looking at losing a day off sitting here, not getting paid. update: After 3 hours I got TQL involved and demanded detention. TQL went up the chain and the first thing tried was lying about what time I got there to try avoiding what they were going to be charged in order to pay my detention. TQL called them out (because they use tracking) and the next excuse was that all their supervisors left early... so the hold up was their employees slacking off intentionally. As soon as it was going to cost them they suddenly couldn't load me fast enough.

Beyond ridiculous. I’m not sure what takes so long to get loaded. But I’ve been at the dock for 3 hours now, and they are still loading the trailer. I guess they are loading as they make the product. It seems there is no consideration for MY time at all. Small place for a big truck too. Very inconsiderate.

They take their time to load you and their docks are tight. I had to blindside my OTR truck into their dock which was caused by the unnecessary gazebo right in front of shipping, and to make matters worse the dropped trailer in the way, right in front of the dock doors. Very poor layout. They really don’t like big trucks here. Avoid this place. The product is light so at least that’s a benefit of loading here. I was allowed to use their restroom. People were okay. Docks are not too bad when nothing is in your way like it was for me.

My Driver pulled in at 11:50 AM for a 12 PM appointment. Time now is 6:20 PM and he’s still not loaded. No one has good customer service here. This is the second time that this has happened to us at the same location. They are officially on our do not pick up from list. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

On the smaller side for 53ft with a sleeper. I had to blind side to get into the dock. There is enough space to do so safely just get out and look a cpl times. Receiving employees were friendly and unload was quick.
