Rusty Wallace Collision Center

I took my Kia Carnival to the Rusty Wallace Collision Center to have my front door and mirror replaced after a small accident with a concrete pillar that was fully my fault. The employees were phenomenal from start to finish. We dropped by to get an estimate which we received in less than 20 minutes after we arrived. It was fully explained to us everything that would be done and the estimate was honestly less than I thought it would be. We agreed to the repairs the same day and parts were ordered. Less than a week later, the parts had arrived and they were ready for me to drop off my van. After a week and a half of them having my van, I got it back fully repaired. I had rented a vehicle while my van was being repaired and I called to check on how things were going twice so that I could make sure I had the rental for as long as I needed. They were super polite and happy to give updates each time I called. It never seemed like an inconvenience that I was calling. I didn’t expect for my van to be fully detailed, inside and out, when I picked it up so that was a very pleasant and appreciated surprise. It’s one of the best detail jobs I’ve ever had. My van hasn’t been this clean since I bought it. Wonderful experience! Great customer service, repair team, and detail team. My van looks brand new. I very much appreciate it.

Went to get my highlander repaired. They repaired it but gave it to me with two good size gashes in the side walls on my back tires. Which were NOT there before. I talked to the service manager and he pretty much told me I’m out of luck and “their guys aren’t responsible because he trusts them,” & “they’re not gonna replace them.” Well that’s nice and all but mistakes happen and he even said “I’ve never had an issue like this happen before.” Then proceeded to try to sell me tires at “employee price…” which is about $200. More than I already had to pay.

I was so pleased with the customer service I received! My car had been part of a hit and run and the entire process of the repairs, cost being submitted to the insurance, turn-around time, communication, etc. was seamless! The guys went above and beyond- stellar service! I will definitely use them again. Stellar service!

Had a great experience from start to finish getting my door repaired after it was hit in a parking lot. In addition to providing wonderful customer service, they even repaired an existing dent as a courtesy that was near the claim damage. The car looked great when I picked it up and I would highly recommend giving them your business.

Just picked up my HR-V. It looks brand new! David Doodak and the whole crew were friendly and very professional. I messed up the insurance procedures when the accident first happened. My HR-V got towed to their lot and left the keys in the drop box. They worked me in in a reasonable time, and went above and beyond even thought all that happened. They communicated with me at every step. Helped me and gave great advice at every step of the way. I would recommend Rusty Wallace Collision 100%.
