Truly grateful for Freedom Motors I went into Freedom Motors not expecting to leave with a vehicle. After almost a year of trying and being turned away by multiple dealerships, we were discouraged and honestly felt like no one was willing to work with us. We couldn’t afford a large down payment, and every other place we tried brushed us off almost immediately. From the moment we walked into Freedom Motors, the experience felt different. They’re family owned and have military ties, and as a military family ourselves, it was such a relief to finally feel understood instead of judged or dismissed. They listened to our situation, treated us with respect, and never once made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. In just a few hours, they had us approved and driving off the lot in a 2018 Dodge Journey, with less money down than I was even asking for. When they told us we were approved, I genuinely cried. After months of stress and disappointment, that moment meant more than I can put into words. The entire process was smooth, honest, and straightforward. No pushy sales tactics, no false promises—just real people who actually care about helping. Freedom Motors didn’t just sell us a car; they gave us a chance when no one else would.
