Always excellent service from the Dealership & Service Department! They have always gone above & beyond to address any issue I have had with my 2022 Tahoe(there have been quite a few to be honest) but these guys have always handled everything very professionally & got me back on the road in very timely fashion every single time.

View on GoogleThe service writer a lady. She comes out wants to know what she can do for us. Told her we need a service done. 2024 3500 HD that we bought there! Need them to put the rear wheels on correctly. She tells me we don't work on duallies. WHAT your service dept put the back wheels on wrong on the last service. She says they don't have a way to pick it up. WHAT I had to explain to her in detail why the back wheels were on wrong. Could not air the inner tires up because the valve stems are behind the outer wheel not in the window, like it needs to be. So they finally get that done. Go to check out and she has charged me $15.00 for correcting the wheel mistake from the first service. I told her that it was their mistake. She did take the $15.00 off. I assume the oil was changed, because nothing else was done. No air pressure on tires corrected, rear tire pressure is off 10psi left to right on rear. DEF is almost empty. I could go on. I'll just take care of this my self. Not happy with the service writer or the service we received. Looks like the manager has some retraining to do!

View on GoogleI thought I was getting the part replaced. The shop is took it to prior had already diagnosed the problem called the service department and gave them the codes. The service department agreed that was the problem and needed to set up an appointment to get it replaced under recall. I waited 2.5 hours only to find out they were diagnosing the problem and not fixing the problem. I already knew what the problem was. Now I'm having to wait for the part to arrive to go wait again to finally get it fixed Very frustrating!
