It is super easy to get an appointment (even at the last minute) with J&S, and the work is typically completed within a reasonable timeframe. They have a useful system for ranking which issues should be addressed first and which ones can wait, without applying any pressure. I brought in a replacement splash guard during my brake replacement appointment, and they installed it for free. I feel taken care of every time I bring my car in!

The team at J&S was very professional. Communication was great and they explained everything that needed repairing in great detail with a video sent by text. When calling to follow up they were available to speak with and answer any questions. I feel confident that the services provided were needed and done correctly.

I found the same professional, kind and knowledgeable staff that I had during my first visit! I was listened to by the owner and the mechanic who looked and subsequently worked on my car. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of detail they gave me about my concerns with my car. Grateful for a thorough inspection and explanation. Identified other issues that were not pressing but should be addressed in the near future.

Absolutely the best team going!! Kelly is amazing and keeps you informed of whats happening. They look everything over even for just an oil change and anything they notice Kelly sends you an estimate with everything laid out and they give you the chance to approve or not approve the services at that time which I find absolutely amazing as Ive had the opposite experience elsewhere where the work was done i wasnt notified and it killed my budget so I appreciate that. They are all very kind, sweet and very personable which in this field can be tough to find. When I was waiting I observed their customer service skills and how they work with patients and let me tell you top tier !!!!! They are amazing and I wont trust my car anywhere else!!!!! Thank you guys for being there and being amazing!!! And ty for making me so comfortable as a customer. Amazing experience!!!!!! APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!!!

Great customer service. Unfortunately I had an issue with my Nissan Xterra and I thought it was major engine damage. Being the first time I visited this Repair shop, I have to say I was impressed. First I spoke to their Assistant ( believe her name is Kelly) She was extremely helpful and booked me for the next day. The next day, I got a full video from their Technician ( Steve) explaining what was wrong with my car and that thankfully the issue was not the engine. I truly appreciate their service and their honesty. I'll definitely will come back and I do recommend them. Thank you for everything !
