Overall experience was great. Protech staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to diagnose, troubleshoot and fix the issues with my wife’s BMW. Pricing was fair, service was excellent. Definitely will be a returning customer in the future. 👍🏼👍🏼

I brought my car to Protech for an inspection at the recommendation of a family member The shop was clean, the staff was friendly, communication was great, and they even tidied up my car a bit, all of which I appreciated. My car passed inspection, but they provided me with a list of issues they said needed attention. These included chips in the windshield that have been there for years, an oil change that was coming due, and the condition of my engine and cabin air filters. I had already purchased replacement filters online for $20 but hadn’t had a chance to install them yet. Out of curiosity, I checked what Protech would charge to replace the air filters... $80 each. That’s $160 for something I can buy for $20 and replace myself in five minutes with no mechanical experience. They also told me my exhaust was in poor condition. The following day, I went to my regular mechanic for an oil change and asked about Protech’s recommendations. My mechanic told me the exhaust was fine and felt they were trying to make money off a young woman. If you choose to go with Protech, I suggest getting a second opinion and comparing prices to ensure you’re not overpaying and that the recommended work is truly necessary. If you’re looking for a state of the art, clean facility with kind staff and aren’t concerned about cost or the necessity of repairs, then Protech may be a good fit for you.

This was the first time someone besides myself has worked on my vehicle. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service, the professionalism across the board. The attention to detail and communication with every step from making ana appointment to picking up my vehicle was great.
