My Experience The lack of communication from the establishment is atrocious. My car sat there for 10 days without being touched. My insurance adjuster and I were both lied to about my car being in disassembly, not once, but 3 times. I went in person on the 10th day of them having my car to see what was going on because my insurance was about to pull my rental car since the work hadn’t been started yet. They once again told me that my car was in disassembly. When I asked to see my car, it was then that I came to find that they hadn’t even started it yet. My adjuster asked for the supplemental report be turned into them by 2pm that day and I was assured by the manager, Evan, that it would be taken care of right away and my car would become a priority. They didn't send the report to until 1:48pm, so I was again lied to. I stopped by the shop at 2:15 to speak with Evan and he again lied and told me they were still working on it. I told him that I had just spoken with my adjuster and she received the report 30 minutes prior to me showing up. So clearly he wasn’t aware of what was happening with my car. Evan once again told me that my car would be a top priority and the parts should be there by Monday to begin repairs. My adjuster had to call several times to get updated on the status of my vehicle. Half the time she would call, nobody would answer. We were given time frames of completion that kept being extended time after time. I asked Evan several times to keep me updated and he assured me that he would. That was not the case. I would have to call or email him for updates. I dropped my car off on April 6th as scheduled and was told the repairs would take about a week in addition to it having to be sent out for recalibration. I was told that would take 2 days. I was told they picked my car up for recalibration on a Friday and it should be returned by Monday and then be sent up for the alignment, which wouldn’t take long at all. My car didn’t come back from recalibration until late Wednesday afternoon and was still waiting on the alignment. Evan emailed me Thursday morning and said they were still waiting on the alignment but it would possibly be done in the afternoon and ready for pick up. He claimed they were backed up at the alignment shop and it’s possible it wouldn’t be ready until Friday. I passed this information on to my adjuster and responded to Evan’s email but he never got back to me. My adjuster ended up calling and only then was she told that the were writing up the paperwork and would call me when it was ready. I was called around 3 pm on Thursday to come pick up the car. When I arrived, my car was outside so I went to look over the repairs. My right front wheel that was supposed have a scuff mark buffed out, was not completed. I found Evan and showed him the scuff and he fixed it for me before I signed my paperwork. I expressed to Evan my frustration with the lack of communication and being lied to. He said that he is working to improve in those areas. Looking at your Google reviews, this is clearly an ongoing issue. I almost feel lucky that my car was only there for almost 30 days after reading most of the reviews. We have used Cochran Auto Body in the past for my daughters car and did not have this many issues. I would never return to your shop as a customer again nor would I recommend it. I expressed my frustration to Evan many many times but it was brushed off even though I was EXTREMELY patient throughout this entire process. Also, not a big deal, but Evan told me several times that my car would be “detailed” once all of the work was completed. I guess that was a tactic to buy more time because they basically took a wet rag to my car and left dirty water marks all over it. I would give them zero stars if I could.

2022 Volvo XC60 Recharge, significant front end damage from hitting a deer. Overall a very good experience. They were able to take my vehicle quickly and the repair work looks great (like new). The only complaint is it’s sometimes difficult to get in contact with someone for an update; however, someone would always get back to me within 24hrs.

I was concerned reading reviews about bad communication - I will say, once you are able to initially get ahold of them and get a service advisor, they do communicate, frequently, particularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The service advisor I dealt with was Adam R. He was always professional and communicated in my preferred method (Email). That said, I probably wouldn't bring my car back in the future because I beleive there are management issues in this business, such as someone calling off for a week and someone else not being able to pickup that work causing significant delays to customers. They had my car for 34+ days, for a minor deer collision. The car does indeed look brand new, and I am pleased with the quality of the workmanship. They did drop the vehicle off at my workplace, which I don't beleive they had to do, because they were sorry for the delay. In conclusion, this is a fair car repair shop just expect it to take significant time if you do choose this establishment. Edit: 3/13/2026 I noticed a part on my dash which wasn't fitted back in place, I retract my statement that they are "fair" 3 stars down to 2. Thankfully the Subaru dealership in Butler took care of It swiftly.

Wow! This team, and especially Jaylynn were over the top! She kept us informed throughout the entire repair journey. Excellent service and timing! Highly recommend.

They had my Trailhawk ready way before the anticipated date and the work is fabulous 👌, they even detailed the ride inside and out. 5 Stars 🌟!!!
