5 just is not enough stars! I was on a road trip in my tow truck when an unexpected brake issue happened after calling Hoovers they took me in mid day turned the repair right around and had us on our way the same day! The shop was busy but knowing the situation we were in they went over and above. Not only was it squeezed in the pricing was more fair than anyone could ask! Friendly! Great pricing! Honest! If we didn't live 500 miles away they would be doing all my truck repairs for the rest of my life!

So I blow a brake line at a light on Rt. 30 while pulling a loaded trailer with my pickup ... at 6:30 in the morning. A Google search reveals Hoover Truck & Auto Repair to be my nearest option for a repair. I arrive at 7:00 am, see a light on inside so I walk in the office to find the owner having coffee. After explaining my situation, Mark says he'll get someone right on it when his employees arrive for work at 8:00, and invites me to wait at the lunch table until the repair is complete. By 11:00 I'm on my way to see my customers and make my deliveries. The labor rates aren't the lowest you'll find, but I can't say enough about the service I received and how I was treated. Cheerful employees are also a credit to the business there.

The heater core in out 3500 Dodge Ram went out and we called 12 dealers and no luck. Called Hoover, was told to come by....Less than 2 hours we're back on the road!!! Thank you to all the dudes that helped. Great friendly and prompt service, without gauging my pockets!!!!

This place is ALWAYS busy. They aren't cheap, but they are fair and they do good work. I have four CDL vehicles that I need to keep on the road - I tried other places, either because they were cheaper or closer, but I keep coming back to Mark at Hoovers. They are what a garage SHOULD be.

Wow! They were an amazing lifesaver. Came to me when my RV was on the side of the road and got me back on the road by the next day. Thank you!
