Zimmers is friendly and reliable. They take very good care of our vehicles. We've been doing business with them for more than 35 years and we've never had a problem.

Took my SUV there because it was making loud noises coming from the front end. They lifted it and looked and said nothing was wrong, I just needed an alignment, oil change and tire rotation, and to not use my 4 wheel drive... Took it somewhere else and there were 2 bearings., 2 ball joins, sway bar, 2 rotors, 2 break calipers (1 was seized and welding itself) and a few other miscellaneous parts. I was told I was lucky I didn't go off the road or get into a major accident. I will NEVER trust Zimmers my family's safety EVER! It needed over $1,800 in work, but zimmers saw no issues. If I could give them 0 stars I would! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

Just wanna say wow. On a road trip from NY to TX had a fender on my truck come off. They repaired it in under a hour. Dealership service with better quality !

I have had my car worked on many times by these amazing mechanics. If i didn't know what was wrong with my car they were always able to figure it and repair it for me. And the repairs last for quite awhile, not like other mechanics I have been to and been back within a month with the same problem or another one. I trust no other mechanic with my car. With me Zimmers has a customer for life.
