Best mechanics around. Family owned and run. Honest and reasonable. Can't say enough about them. My favorite part was that I was greeted by 3 sweet dogs when I came to pick up my car! Any business that has dogs on the premises is my kind of place ❤️

Last year before I took my BMW there, I specifically asked them if they work on BMWs, they said yes, they do. After taking it there, I left my car with them for over 8 weeks to only be told that they can't pinpoint the issue. Junior told me these are complex vehicles and assured me his cousin works at bmw and he could get some help. After weeks of following up with them I called and he said It could be an issue with the gas pedal and it would cost $3,000 just to replace the gas pedal and there is no guarantee that would fix it. He charged me $200 for all that. It's one thing if they don't have the expertise to fix it but it's another thing to string me along for months and then charging me $200 for doing absolutely nothing to the car. BTW, when I dropped my car off for them it had a full take of gas, after I got it back it was on E. I took my car to Bavarian specialty and they got it done in less than a week. I got inspection and all. For your european vehicle needs, stay away because these guys no nothing, yet talk like they know it all.

I brought my vehicle to this establishment and after a week I did not hear back from them. I called them and they told me they did not look at my vehicle. After another five days I still did not hear anything so I called them again. They still did not look at it. I asked if they could tell me when they would have a chance to work on it, and I was told very rudely that I could come to pick it up. They had no plans to work on it. I would have appreciated it if they would have been honest and told me when I brought my vehicle that they were not interested in my business. I would never ever go there again, and I would not recommend them to anyone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am amazed that this place is in business if this is how they treat their customers. I had to give them one star, but honestly they deserve none.

I have been going to these guys for 3 years. They're the only mechanics I've ever trusted. On top of the fact that i can trust them, their prices are at or below the average cost to repair elsewhere. Highly recommended.
