John and his team were wonderful to work with. From the moment I called, they were knowledgeable, honest, and transparent on price. They kept me informed at every step of the way, even going to far as to work with the car dealership and handle a warranty issue. I highly recommend their services and have recommended their shop to our family and friends.

View on GoogleI had a major front brake failure while driving down route 476. One of the rotors completely broke apart leaving the car unsafe to drive. I had it towed to this shop since I've been using them for about 4 years now without any issues. They were able to get a look at it within 24hrs to confirm the front rotors and pads needed replacement which I expected. What I didn't expect was almost a 70% markup on the parts cost. I explained to them after searching multiple reputable suppliers that had them in stock and ready for pickup that I couldn't find anything close to what they were charging. It was roughly a $150 difference which is significant to anyone in this economy. They wouldn't allow me to supply my own parts for my car, and I couldn't drive my car away to go somewhere else... So I was stuck and they had to know it. Dave absolutely refused to match the parts cost with detailed print outs I brought in from multiple sources. He wouldn't even discount a dollar. They also never offered to remove the warranty for a lower cost. In fact - he preferred a negative review and losing a customer over doing the right thing during the holidays. That says a lot. And after all of that - they performed a very careless installation of my new unknown brand super expensive brakes. The coating is scratched off in many places on both of them. I noticed this immediately after I brought it home to switch over to my winter tire setup. Photos added. I'll be sharing my experience with my friends and family, and also with my neighborhood via our social media group. I'll never go back, and I recommend you stay away from this shop.
View on GoogleWest Goshen Automotive has gone the distance helping me with my 2010 Sprinter Van. It had a lot of routine maintenance issues when I bought it, and some issues they had to dig deep to diagnose and then repair. When I had to ship it back from Indianapolis, after Triple A destroyed my right rear hub, they met the carrier, documented the damage and repaired the damage. I trust them to take care of my car and me. Mike and Dave are great guys to work with in the office and their mechanics are top notch. John 1/20/2025
