I may be expecting too much, but would it kill them to be a little pleasant or at least have a greeting ? They are quick I’ll give them that. I paid 105.00 for a full synthetic oil change. Not horrible but should be closer to 85- 90.00.
View on GoogleI’ve been coming here for a while and have always had a good experience, which is why this is frustrating to write. I had my oil changed on my Bronco yesterday, and shortly after leaving I started hearing a metal noise that lasted all day. I eventually tracked it down myself and found that one of the skid plate screws had been left out. That’s not a small miss, especially since it could have led to bigger issues if I hadn’t caught it. Edit: I went under the truck today to put the one bolt back and saw that ALL the other bolts were loose and about to fall out. I would have lost my skid plate if I didn’t check. Lowering to 1 star. Tolsdorf you lost a lifetime customer. Sad. On top of that, the oil gauge/service reminder inside the truck wasn’t reset. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this felt like basic attention to detail was missed. I’ve trusted this shop in the past, so I’m hoping this was just a one-off and not a sign of slipping quality.

They immediately saw me coming in and cautiously directed me to drive into a bay (you don't have to if you don't want to) Sitting in my driver's seat and watching them completely check everything and suggested items like my nasty looking filters to change. Now mind you they gave me the opportunity to buy it not force me into buying it. Which made me feel comfortable with doing my oil change here The crew was polite and respectful. They were talking among themselves about putting oil in or telling me to finally start the engine. Very safe environment for the customer and themselves. Kudos to them! I'll be glad to refer you to this establishment!
View on GoogleI went in today for the first time, the guys there were so efficient and nice. They were very thorough with everything they did / were doing. I was in and out in no more than 15 minutes, I didn’t even have to get out of my car. They checked all my lights, tires and filters. Will definitely be my new go to spot for oil changes
View on GoogleIve taken my cars here for oil service for 15 years. They have had good pricing, honest assessments, and even worked with me when I needed oil weight they didn't yet stock. I recommend them to anyone. If you catch a good a quiet break during the afternoon lull, you can be in and out in under 15 minutes.
