Tires has excellent knowledge and explanations for everything they needed to do to my car. They were through and made sure I got the best service possible. Despite this, it was pretty expensive for the service I got, which didn’t need to get done but would affect my brakes (which I do not want to play with). I just wasn’t expecting the price to be so high.
View on GoogleHave taken my cars here for a few years to mount/plug tires and occasionally inspections. Pros : Easy to make appointments and work is usually completed pretty quickly - reasonable prices. The location is convenient and walkable for me. Cons : They aren't careful with your wheels and not uncommon to get wheels back with cosmetic damage, especially when replacing tires. Last visit one of my wheels appears to have been dropped on its face. It was not apparent until after the tire lubricant was cleaned off. Tire Rack was helpful in initiating a claim, but they predictably denied any wrongdoing. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. If your wheels are in good shape take them to a more reputable shop.

They were able to give me a same-day appointment, and while they let me know upfront that I might have to wait a bit, they made sure my tires were replaced as needed. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Shawn and Zach took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated—they made sure I understood my options without any pressure. They also kept the conversation light and funny, which made the whole experience enjoyable instead of stressful. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this location for great service and great people!
