TRUSTWORTHY & KNOWLEDGEABLE I came to Edwards Auto based on a friend’s referral to get a second opinion after another mechanic gave me a quote for work that seemed way too high. Jim took care of me from the very first call. He reviewed the quote, gave me his honest opinion that the prices were much higher than they should be and that a lot of the work might not be necessary. He walked me through the process and made me feel confident to bring the car to him to check out. Talking to Jim it is clear he is exceptionally competent and also very passionate about the work he does. He was fair, above board, and provided a quick turnaround for my car. I could not be happier and will definitely be back. The difference between Edwards Auto and the previous garage I was going to is night and day and I am glad to have found my mechanic for life.

I just got Jim to repair my air conditioning system on my Ford Explorer. He did a great job and did it in a timely manner. I’ve been using Jim ever since he went out of his way to fix a wiring issue on the spot when other shops wanted me to make an appointment to do a 10 minute solder. He's always quick to get work done and gets me in quickly when I'm ready for necessary maintenance and repairs. Great competitive pricing compared to other pricing I've received from other shops.
