Professional and friendly, he gave me a clear estimate on when the work would be done and I received updates on the status of my car along the way. I take a lot of pride in my car and they returned it to me good as new. You would never know this car had any damage once the work was done. View on GoogleGreat work! I cant tell you that they are the lowest price you'll find but I can tell you that the quality of work is excellent and that the repair will look as good as new. They used genuine Volkswagen parts and had the parts already in before my appointment. The paint match was exact and professional dealer like paint job. The courtesy detailing was top notch made my car look like I just pulled it off the dealer lot inside and out. Customer service was welcoming.

They had great customer service, and were very patient with me in the process of working with insurance, and the details of the rental car. They detailed my car after repairing, and I felt that I left the parking lot with a pampered, brand new car. While I hope to not get in another fender bender, I would 100% go back here to get my car repaired. They even straightened out my licence plate cover when bending my plate back to normal, which made me really happy.
