I was looking to upgrade both performance and entertainment for my 2025 BMW m2. I did a lot of internet research to find aftermarket product information and decided on Both Dinan and Carbahn products. The dealer locator gave me the choice of (3) shops in decent proximity to Wayne, PA. I contacted/visited each one but was convinced that Bimmerworks was the best choice. I certainly made the BEST choice. Steve and his team helped me to pick the appropriate products/services for my Phase One. The installation went perfectly!!! I can't wait to start planning for Phase Two which will dramatically increase the performance of my m2! These folks are very customer-oriented, professional and experts in their business. If your in the need of an honest and qualified shop with trained technicians to work on your European vehicle Bimmerworks is the best. Steve and his team are always on point with extream professionalism and courtesy. There are only a small number of shops who I trust to work on my vehicles and Bimmerworks is at the top of the list.

View on GoogleI'm a fairly skilled amateur DIYer but know when the complexity of an issue is beyond my skills. Bimmer Werks has been my go-to for these exact situations. The issue: BMW Valvetronic wonkiness involved the eccentric shaft, actuator, needle bearing and an under amp signal issue that was traced to a problem in the wiring loom from the ECU. Well okay! Amr and his team to the rescue. Once again I'm delighted with the work, the clear and concise explanation of what was involved and, most importantly, the outcome. I live 70 miles from Bimmer Werks and pass many BMW shops on my way to drop my car off. Trust, integrity and competency are part is Amr's mantra. A rare credo today.
View on GoogleI was told I would receive an estimate by the end of the day and had to call four separate times on different days to follow up. Each time I was given the same response: “Sorry about that, I don’t know what happened, I’ll get back to you by the end of the day.” No estimate was ever sent. If they were too busy or didn’t have the information, that should have been communicated upfront. The lack of follow-through and communication makes me question the overall level of service.
