BJ's Tire Center

This is absolutely the best place to buy tires. Normally there is only one person working so you have to expect to wait a while. But the service is always friendly.

Just got 4 new tires for my car. BJ’s had a free mounting sale, saving me $120. The tires were otherwise, competitively priced. Ordered the tires through the app, made an appointment convenient to me and showed up. Did not have to wait, it took about an hour to complete. Have a flat tire warranty, and can get the tires rotated and balanced for free every 6000 miles! Service guys super sweet and nice. They have a waiting area with coffee and TV or you can walk down to the BJ’s store and browse.

Don't go here for propane. LONG wait before I walked out after waiting 15 minutes with no employee coming to help after being told I needed propane.

Ordered a tires on Monday. It was supposed to to take 2 days to get here. It’s now Saturday and I still don’t have a tire. There’s only ever one person working in the tires center so no one ever answers the phone. This is the worse experience getting a tire that I’ve ever had. Will NEVER go back to BJs again.

Had purchased tires at the Langhorne location, and that store was just giving me issues, rescheduling me 6 times, eventually I told them just make an appt for the closest BJ's and I'll bring the tires there, which happened to be Warrington. Get here, of course the Langhorne location doesn't properly communicate the appt to the team here, and another thing the tech brought up was the tires I purchased wasn't even the correct speed rating, somehow overlooked by both website and Langhorne. Decided was best I just cancel the order, and had to call the Membercare number, which told me I had to bring tires back to Langhorne. Tech helped me out by calling Membercare himself, explaining the whole situation to them which helped me get my refund back without having to lug the tires back and forth from one place to another. I may not have gotten any tires out of this, but I'll say the Warrington location will be where I go because these guys have proven themselves competent enough with customer service. Huge props to Josh for telling me about the speed rating and Dan F. for taking time to help deal with Membercare on the phone.
