WOW. What an amazing business!! Keep someone’s car for 2 MONTHS, barely touch it, don’t communicate, and then hand it back with a dead battery and flat tire. Truly top tier service. 😍 A COMPLETE waste of time. Unprofessional, careless, and embarrassing. If you enjoy being ignored this is definitely the place for you!

I’ve been going to tom’s for years (tires, oil changes, inspection, and more complex jobs). I won’t go to another mechanic. Tom has never tried to scam me like a lot of repair shops like to do with women. If anything they have done everything to try and save me money.
View on GoogleThey did a lesson for boyscouts how to change a tire, change oil and change a bulb in a car. It was really nice he took time out of his day to teach the next generation much needed skills. Wouldn't it be nice if more people like this existed.
View on GoogleI took my son’s 2012 Chrysler 200 there because the dealer condemned the heater core. I took it Toms and it was the Thermostat. Jenny is old school and I respect her. Meanwhile back at the farm it’s the dealerships that are stomping their feet telling everyone to bring their cars to them because their guys are ASE certified. Tom’s can diagnose and repair anything on wheels.
